Silent Afternoons Exhibition
Silent Afternoons is a collection of small still life and figurative paintings by artist and mum Emma Fuss, who grasps rare, quiet, kid-free moments to pick up a brush and create vibrant oil paintings. From her studio overlooking a bush block on the edge of Port Lincoln, Emma takes inspiration from subjects ranging from colourful local flora to intimate people studies. After working as a graphic designer and illustrator for several years, Emma’s foray into painting is still recent, but already brimming with skill. As a merit prize recipient at this year’s Port Lincoln Art Prize, this local artist is one to watch. Emma’s art will be on display at Rogue and Rascal for the duration of the SALT Festival The Rogue and Rascal, 62 Tasman Tce Port Lincoln Monday – Thursday 7:30AM – 5:00PM Friday 7:30AM – 12:00AM Saturday 7:30AM – 3:00PM Sunday 7:30AM – 1:00PM
