SALT Festival 2026 Poster Reveal and Program Announcement
Life and culture on the Southern Eyre Peninsula take centre stage
SALT Festival 2026 is excited to unveil its official festival poster, celebrating a vibrant slice of life on the Southern Eyre Peninsula.
Created by artist Gab Waters, the artwork titled Wendy’s Dog illustrates a familiar summer scene along the front street of Port Lincoln. Waters describes the piece as “an illustration depicting a typical summer moment, where the playfulness of each character represents a carefree time. The artwork captures the spirit of SALT Festival — sparking joy and evoking playful, fun stories.”
The poster reveal marks the lead-up to the full SALT Festival 2026 program announcement, which is just around the corner. The SALT team is thrilled to share a diverse and dynamic program celebrating creativity, community and place. The 2026 festival will feature a rich mix of visual arts, music, storytelling and immersive experiences, all designed to showcase local heritage and the vibrant cultural life of the region.
