Poster Competition
The SALT Festival poster competition is now open!
The SALT Festival Poster Competition returns! SALT is looking for the artwork that will become the focal image of the 2024 festival. Are you the artist, designer or photographer behind our next poster? The team behind SALT Festival are preparing for the 7th edition of SALT. Each year the Southern Eyre Peninsula becomes home to an incredible 10-day festival that sees an amazing array of artists, innovators and creators with over 15000 people visiting SALT Events each year.
The SALT Poster competition embodies the spirit of our Festival, that anything is possible. As such we invite anyone and everyone to enter in the poster competition. Whether you are the distant relative of Claude Monet or have never held a paintbrush before in your life, if you have an idea we want to see it! Digital, painting, drawing, etching, any kind of art is acceptable but it must be adaptable to go on a poster. The winning design will become the centrepiece for the festival, taking prime position on the front of our program, poster on our social media and more. The Artist behind the design will take home $500.00!
The winning design should embody SALT Festival itself and that anything is possible. The competition opens on August 1 and closes on August 27. Information about the competition:
- The selected artwork will pop up all over the EP (and beyond) to promote SALT Festival 2024.
- The artists behind the winning design will be awarded $500 in prize money and have their work featured in the program and on the festival poster.
